Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Prediction Pro ("Service"), operated at predictionpro.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Prediction Pro is an analytics platform that analyzes publicly available on-chain data from Polymarket prediction markets. The Service calculates trader performance scores based on historical trading data and provides market analysis tools.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers a 14-day free trial and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access your account
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Use the affiliate program to generate fraudulent or self-referral commissions
• Place trades through the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction

6. Trading

The Service provides an integrated trading interface that submits orders to Polymarket. By using this feature, you acknowledge and accept the following risks:

• Orders are executed on Polymarket's infrastructure, which we do not control. We are not responsible for order execution failures, delays, or price slippage.
• Prediction markets involve significant risk. Outcome token prices can move rapidly, and you may lose your entire position.
• Trading relies on third-party smart contracts and APIs. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or security of these third-party systems.
• You are solely responsible for all trades placed through your linked wallet. We act only as an interface and do not provide custody or financial advisory services.

When you link your Polymarket wallet, you authorize us to store encrypted credentials and submit orders on your behalf. You may unlink your wallet at any time from your account settings, which will delete your stored credentials.

7. Affiliate Program

The Service offers an affiliate program that pays commissions for referred Pro subscribers. Commission rates, referral attribution windows, payout minimums, and other program terms are described on the Referrals page and may change with 30 days' notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate affiliate accounts that engage in prohibited referral methods, including spam, misleading advertising, self-referrals, or any activity that violates these Terms.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. The integrated trading feature is provided as a convenience interface to Polymarket — we are not a broker, exchange, or financial institution.

Smart Money Scores and market analyses are derived from historical on-chain data and do not predict future performance. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that prediction market outcomes are inherently uncertain. We are not liable for any trading losses, failed transactions, or losses arising from smart contract vulnerabilities or third-party service outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prediction Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Prediction Pro. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
