1. Introduction

Prediction Pro ("we", "us", "our") operates the website at predictionpro.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our Service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. If you sign up via Google or Discord, we receive your name, email, and profile avatar from the respective provider. If you sign up via Discord, we also store your Discord user ID and username. If you authenticate via Sign-In with Ethereum (SIWE), we collect your wallet address.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card numbers or full payment details. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your account.

Wallet & Trading Data

If you link your Polymarket wallet, we store your wallet address and a derived Safe address. To enable trading on your behalf, we store your trading API credentials encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. These credentials are used solely to execute trades you initiate and are deleted when you unlink your wallet or delete your account. If you use the integrated trading feature, we record your trade history including order details, market, outcome, price, and size.

Usage Data

We track trial status and subscription information, and store search history and favorites to improve your experience. We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session. We also use a referral tracking cookie (30-day duration) to attribute referrals to our affiliate program, and a short-lived nonce cookie for wallet authentication. Vercel Analytics may use cookies for anonymous usage tracking. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Our infrastructure provider — for authentication and database services
  • Vercel — for hosting and analytics
  • Polymarket — for market data retrieval and trade execution when you use the trading feature
  • Discord — for authentication and profile data if you sign in via Discord

These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies.

5. Blockchain Data

The Service analyzes publicly available blockchain data from Polymarket. Wallet addresses and trading data are already public on-chain. We do not link wallet addresses to user accounts unless you explicitly choose to do so. If you link your wallet, your wallet address is associated with your account to enable trading features and portfolio tracking.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, AES-256-GCM encryption for stored trading credentials, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law. Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent for optional data processing
